Silly Cowboys

Tonight during the rain the boys entertained themselves by getting into my closet, picking out some big boots, and playing cowboys. They are just so cute and creative! I love to see them play like this! This will be blackmail one day!!!

Carly Jane Maday

This past weekend was Carly Janes dedication.
It was lots of fun all being together and the kiddos as always had a blast!

Hodges

This sweet little man, Hodges Manross, went to be with Jesus today after a 15 month battle with Spinal Muscle Atrophy. Please help us pray for our friends Rich and Ashley, their daughter Kensington, and the Manross/Ford families. Hodges joins his brother Jacobsen (who also had SMA) in heaven today. Praise God that we can all join them one day, too.

Rockstars!!!

The boys were fired up about "R is for Rockstar" day at preschool last week! They get so into stuff like that and it was fun seeing all of their little rock 'n roll buddies all dressed up and marching around with their instruments. Check out the preschool blog for more pictures of all of the kids! tfumcpreschool.blogspot.com

Great Friends

Tonight I am so thankful for amazing friends! Today Jackson went to the doctor for what I thought was going to be a healthy 4 year old check up and then we ended up needing to get him some medicine to treat his ears and throat. Knowing Jackson's past of antibiotics and that it takes the strongest, most expensive types to treat him I headed to the pharmacy to pick it up. Whenever I got there I gave the pharmacist a coupon that the doctor gave me to save some money. However the pharmacists wanted me to leave the drug with him to see what he could do and to run our insurance again. A couple hours later, I went to pick up the medicine and when I got there I found out that a great friend of mine had already paid for Jackson's medicine. I see this as such a blessing! I took Jackson today to the doctor for his 4 year old check up, and was not prepared to pay over $200 that the medicine cost. It is amazing to see God show up all the time!
